As if the slate of semifinal and championship basketball games is not enough to entice a trip to Boulder for the Colorado prep basketball fan, the Colorado High School Activities Association had added several activities to the agenda. For the first time ever, the state championships will showcase a Special Olympics Unified Basketball Exhibition Game, tipping off at noon on March 16 at the CU Events Center in Boulder. In addition, the CHSAA will honor the 1973 Mitchell AAA State Championship Team and six women who have been instrumental in Colorado high school girls’ basketball through the years.

CHSAA.tv has added the Class A8 (Hoehne at Dayspring Christian) and Class 1A (Burlington at Wiggins) State Football Championship Games to the CHSAA.tv broadcast schedule. Both games are set for 1:00 p.m. kick-offs this Saturday.
